COVID-19 Guidelines


As always, Waxing | Suite makes health and safety my #1 priority.

To reduce the risk of transmitting COVID-19, these are the guidelines:

  • ​​​Health:  Reschedule your appointment, if you are experiencing any illness or elevated fever.
  • COVID-19 Infection Certificate of Completion:  To advance knowledge of bacteria, viruses and sanitation for safety and health of clients.
  • Appointment Only:  Host one client per appointment. No walk-ins.  All appointment scheduling on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Contact-Less Check-In: Text to check-in minimum 5 minutes prior your scheduled appointment time.  Wait in your car until receive a text inviting you to come in for your service in order to maintain physical distancing in common areas.
  • No Mask - No Service:  If you do not have one, a disposable mask available to purchase.
  • Don't Wear Gloves:  To avoid cross contamination on the surfaces.
  • Individual Sanitization: Hand washing prior to your service.
  • Waxing Consent Form, Skin Care Consent  Form And COVID-19 Intake Form:  Electronic forms available on Waxing | Suite website.
  • Personal Belongings:  Designated area provided for your personal belongings that will be sanitized and disinfected between each client.
  • PPE Equipment:  I wear gown, mask, face shield and gloves during service.
  • No Double Dipping  Policy:  One stick per dip. 
  • All Tools and Implements:  Disinfected in UV Sterilizer & Germicidal cabinet.
  • Sanitation And Disinfection in accordance with CDC guidelines: Including increase frequency to high-touch items and areas.
  • Airflow:  Equipped with UV air purifier to eliminate germs, dust, hair, and pollens.
  • Contactless Payment:  Use contactless payment options when possible.  Credit card system is encrypted and secure.
  • No Person to person contact: Instead air hugging, inflight high fives.​
  • Late/No Show Policy: If you are running later than 5 minutes of your appointment time, your service will not be provided in efficient time due to sanitation and disinfection protocols between each client. Late or no show will consider a cancellation, and cancellation policy will be held strictly in effect.  A 24 hours notice in order to reschedule or cancel any schedule services.  All appointments cancelled within 24 hours will incur a credit charge of 50% of the total amount of scheduled service. 
  • Retail Area:  "No Touch", only show and tell for testers, no application at this time.
  • All professional products: Will be in pump, no jars, and remain clean after each use.​
  • Facial Treatment Protocols:  Lip mask will not be offering at this time due to potential saliva contamination.  Hand and arm massages will not be given, but instead offering a long neck and shoulders massage. No facial steamer will be used in the treatment.
  • Treatment Bed: Only have fresh laundered sheets.  Blanket will not be using at this time.
